By completing Stage 2, you’ve not only deepened your breath control, you’ve also trained your body and nervous system to move in coherent rhythm. You’ve built precision, patience, and presence through the vertical core of your being.

Each cycle of breath, each focal shift, has refined your internal map (layer by layer) preparing you for stillness that feels embodied, not imagined.

You’re no longer just regulating the system. You’re learning to tune it.

Next, in Stage 3, you’ll learn how to use your breath to scan through the body, dissolving residual tension and anchoring awareness into the subtle currents beneath the surface.

When it feels natural, without rush or pressure, we’ll meet you there.
