For serious and committed practitioners:
Stage 2 should be approached in two distinct phases. Each one builds on what came before while slowly expanding your capacity for breath control and full-body awareness.
Mastering Extended Breath Control
Recommended Duration: ~28 days
- Work through all 4 EBC variations in sequence
- Spend ~1 week per variation to build consistency and internal rhythm
- Prioritize form, not force—let breath lengthen gradually
Introducing Body–Breath Anchoring
Recommended Duration: ~21 days
- Introduce one BBA variation per week:
- Week 5: BBA–1
- Week 6: BBA–2
- Week 7: BBA–3
- Start with 1 full cycle per session
- Gradually increase to 3–4 full cycles as stability improves
Total Suggested Practice Time: ~7 weeks
Go deep, not fast. Let your nervous system fully adapt before moving forward. Integration is more powerful than speed.
