Recommended Practice

If you’re new to meditation—or new to Ayvasa—we strongly recommend practicing Stage 1 daily for at least 14 to 28 days before moving on to Stage 2.

This time frame allows your nervous system to fully integrate the foundational techniques. You’ll build inner familiarity, strengthen attention, and establish a new baseline of calm before adding more advanced practices.

This is not a race. The deeper your roots, the stronger your growth. Rushing slows real transformation.


Consistency matters more than intensity. Even 10–15 minutes per day is enough when practiced with presence.

What you’re building now is more than a technique. You’re building the system that future breakthroughs will rest on.
